During
our NetSuite ERP project implementation process, we have decided to host a
social site on Blogger as a means for our organization to effectively
communicate, collaborate and provide context and content internally. A key
feature of our social site is for Ramsey’s project, consulting and management
teams to communicate real-time and securely regarding the project
implementation. The teams will be able to discuss and visualize project
developments, updates to the timeline, as well as tracking and managing project
tasks and milestones. This social site is also a way for our teams to engage
and collaborate among each other on assigned tasks in real-time with
up-to-date synchronization of updates made by team members. We have also made
our social site accessible to our employees, organization-wide, which provides everyone
with a means to communicate their concerns, questions and suggestions to the
project team. This will act as an indicator how well we are effectively
communicating with our staff throughout the process, as well as a way for us to
ensure that we are capturing all of our business requirements.
